Home Team Co. is an independently owned apparel brand specializing in elevated, made-to-order spirit wear.

1. Products & Availability

Our products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit product offerings and quantities.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, colors, pricing, and sizing information.

2. Made-to-Order Merchandise

Most Home Team Co. apparel is produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because of this production process, processing and fulfillment times may vary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing garment details, sizing, colors, and product descriptions before placing an order.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer regarding available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

4. Orders & Cancellations

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided at checkout.

Orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

Requests for changes or cancellations should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our merchandise, sales are generally final.

Returns and exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences are not accepted, except as required by law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items will be reviewed for an appropriate resolution.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Home Team Co. currently ships to customers within the United States.

Some products may be manufactured or fulfilled through facilities located outside the United States.

Production and delivery estimates are approximate and may vary by garment, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier.

Items purchased together may arrive in separate shipments.

7. Colors, Printing & Product Images

Product images may include digital mockups, enhanced photographs, or styled representations.

Actual garment colors, finishes, fit, and graphic placement may vary slightly.

Some designs intentionally feature vintage textures, distressed lettering, and washed finishes.

These characteristics are part of the intended design when produced as described.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original Home Team Co. branding, designs, website content, graphics, and other original creative materials are owned by Home Team Co. or used with appropriate permission.

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without authorization, except as permitted by law.

School names, mascots, and other identifiers remain the property of their respective owners where applicable. The sale of school-inspired merchandise does not, by itself, imply official school endorsement.

9. Community Give-Back

Home Team Co. is a for-profit retail apparel business committed to supporting local schools and communities.

Certain collections may participate in community give-back programs through which a stated portion of eligible sales or proceeds supports designated school or community partners.

Contribution percentages, eligible purchases, calculation methods, recipients, and program periods may vary by collection and will be described in the applicable program information.

Purchases are retail transactions and are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations by the customer.

Customers agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operations, or use our content in violation of applicable law.
