Every Home Team Co. piece is thoughtfully made, and a little extra care goes a long way in keeping your favorite sideline fits looking their best.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR GEAR

• Wash inside out: Helps protect printed designs from friction and wear.
• Wash cold: Use cold water (30°C or below) with a mild detergent.
• Choose a gentle cycle: Avoid harsh washing conditions that can damage prints and fabric.
• Skip the bleach: Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
• Air dry when possible: Hang dry or lay flat for best results. If machine drying is permitted by the garment label, use low heat.
• Avoid direct heat: Never iron directly over printed designs.
• Skip the dry cleaning: Unless specifically permitted by the garment's care label.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR PRINTS

Our collections feature both Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. Each method creates a unique finish, and proper care helps preserve print quality, color, and longevity.

Some of our pieces also feature intentional distressing, vintage washes, and lived-in textures. These details are part of their unique character.

Always follow the garment's care label if it requires more specific care.

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

Good things take time! ♡

Every Home Team Co. piece is made to order, meaning production begins after your order is placed.

Production: Each item is individually prepared and printed before shipment.

Shipping: Once production is complete, your order is packaged and shipped directly to you.

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for delivery on many items. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production and transit times may vary depending on the garment, order volume, and shipping conditions.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Please note: Items within the same order may arrive in separate packages.

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

One order. A few different arrivals! ♡

Because every Home Team Co. piece is made to order, items within the same purchase may be produced and shipped separately.

Depending on garment type, availability, and production timelines, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days.

A few things to know:

• Items may ship separately at no additional shipping charge after checkout.
• You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.
• One package arriving doesn't necessarily mean your entire order has been delivered.

Don't worry if your whole order doesn't arrive at once! Your remaining items may still be on their way.

• Every piece fits differently: Sizing may vary depending on the garment style, manufacturer, and fabric.
• Oversized & relaxed fits: Some of our pieces are intentionally designed with a roomier, laid-back silhouette. Check the individual product description for fit details.
• True-to-size styles: For garments described as a standard fit, we generally recommend starting with your usual size and comparing measurements.
• Love an extra oversized look? Consider sizing up for an even roomier fit, but keep in mind that some styles are already intentionally oversized.
• Youth sizing: Please refer to the specific youth size chart rather than choosing a size based on age alone.
• Garment measurements: We strongly recommend comparing the product's size chart with a similar piece you already own and love.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Home Team Co., every piece is made to order! Rather than mass-producing inventory, we create each garment specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of this process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Eligible issues may be resolved through a replacement, refund, or other remedy, as applicable.

• Garment Color Variations: Fabric colors, vintage washes, and dye treatments may vary slightly between garments, production batches, and manufacturers.
• Print Variations: Our designs are produced using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. Print texture, color intensity, and finish may vary depending on the garment fabric, color, and printing method.
• Print Placement & Sizing: Minor variations in graphic placement and scale may occur based on garment size, style, and production requirements.
• Vintage & Distressed Finishes: Many of our designs intentionally feature faded lettering, distressed graphics, and worn-in details. These elements are part of the design and are not considered defects when produced as intended.
• Product Mockups: Some of our product images are digitally created or enhanced to help showcase designs and styling. Actual garments may vary slightly in appearance, fit, color, and print scale.

OUR QUALITY COMMITMENT

While minor variations are normal with made-to-order apparel, we strive to deliver quality pieces that reflect the designs and product descriptions shown on our website.

Significant printing errors, incorrect designs, or manufacturing defects are not considered normal variations. If something arrives incorrectly, please contact us so we can make it right.
