At Home Team Co., we believe great spirit wear should be thoughtfully designed and made just for you. Our apparel is produced on demand, meaning each piece is created specifically for your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selections or fit preferences

Changes of mind

Incorrect color or style selections made at checkout

Minor color differences between digital images and physical products

Normal variations in garment washes, print placement, or intentionally distressed designs
We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, size charts, color options, and garment details before completing their purchase.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders enter our production process shortly after being placed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations will be possible once production has begun.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and want every customer to receive the correct items in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.
Include the following information:

Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Please do not discard the item until we have reviewed your request.
Color & Print Variations
Because our garments are individually produced, slight variations in color, print texture, placement, and finish may occur.
Some of our designs intentionally feature vintage distressing, faded graphics, or washed finishes. These design characteristics are not considered defects when produced as intended.
Product photographs and digital mockups are intended to represent the garment and design. Actual colors, fit, and print appearance may vary slightly.
Significant printing errors, manufacturing defects, or products that materially differ from their descriptions are not considered normal variations.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
